Procure-to-pay software that says no when it should.

Every bill screened before anyone approves it. A match gate that blocks instead of warning. Payments that re-check the bank account in the last second. Built by a Controller who got tired of tools that only advise.

No accounting system required. Optional QuickBooks Online sync.

Procurement

Control the promise, not just the payment

Most teams discover what they committed to when the invoice lands. Procurement puts the control at the requisition, the amendment and the dock.

  • Requisitions that can't be submitted half-coded
  • Blanket POs with a cap the system enforces
  • Price rises re-approve; price cuts don't
  • Over-receipt blocked at the dock

Accounts Payable

Every bill treated as unproven until it isn't

Fifteen fraud signals run before a human is asked to approve. The match gate blocks. The payment checks the bank account again on the way out.

  • AI reads on request — never silently
  • Nine segregation-of-duties controls
  • Failed match blocks approval outright
  • Posted bills can't be edited. Ever.

Why it holds up

Three things competitors describe. One product enforces.

Settled history is never rewritten

Posted bills are immutable in the database. A credit against a paid bill is reversed — and the amount is derived from the original, never retyped.

The gate blocks, it doesn't warn

A failed three-way match makes approval unavailable. To move, someone writes a reason — logged permanently against their name.

Bank details re-checked at execution

If a vendor's account changed after the payment was scheduled, it stops. And there's no batch pay — because fifty bills in one click is how a wrong amount escapes.

By design

What we deliberately don't do

Every one of these is a decision. A Controller will recognise the trade-off.

No batch pay

One bill at a time, seen by someone. Slightly more clicking; dramatically less exposure.

No silent automation

A machine shouldn't file a bill nobody looked at. Reading happens when you ask.

No editing the past

Corrections leave a trail instead of erasing one. That's what makes the trail worth anything.
