Built for the people who own the close

PayCure was built by a Controller for mid-market finance teams — people who are personally accountable when a payment goes wrong, and who have been oversold before. It runs your AP and procurement on its own, with or without an accounting system connected.

For Controllers

An audit trail you never have to reconstruct

Every control that protects you personally: posted documents that can't be edited, overrides that require written reasons, and duties that stay separated even when someone is out. All of it held in PayCure's own records — not dependent on a system you'd have to keep in sync by hand.

  • Settled history is immutable — corrections are reversals with derived amounts, never edits
  • Nine configurable segregation-of-duties controls with logged, reasoned overrides
  • Delegation that transfers real authority during leave — and reverts automatically
A note from the founder

Most AP tools were built by engineers who interviewed a Controller once. PayCure was built by one. The approver who goes on leave mid-close. The credit memo issued against a bill that was already paid. The vendor whose bank details changed between approval and the payment run. Those aren't edge cases to us — they're the reason the product exists, and it handles all three.

For CFOs

The dashboard answers the questions you actually ask: what's outstanding, what's overdue, what's due this week, what we paid this month, and where cash is going next quarter.

  • 13-week cash-outflow forecast and AP aging (current through 90+)
  • The approval bottleneck panel names the person holding up each bill — and flags "nobody can approve these" as a broken configuration instead of hiding it
  • Spend by GL category and department, top vendors, vendor concentration

For AP Teams

AI does the reading when you ask it to; you keep the judgment. Exceptions come with evidence attached, and the invoice pipeline shows exactly where every document sits — received, in review, awaiting approval, ready to pay, paid.

  • One-click AI reading with line-level extraction into a draft you control
  • Credit memos with a real correction ladder — reversal amounts derived, never retyped
  • Drafts you can park mid-task and pick back up — nothing lost, nothing forced through
Standalone or synced

PayCure doesn't need an accounting system. It can talk to one.

Your records live in PayCure and stay there, so the platform is complete on its own. If QuickBooks Online is part of your stack, connect it — that's a convenience, not a requirement.

Run it standalone

Vendors, bills, POs, approvals, receipts and payment history are held in PayCure. Nothing is disabled, degraded, or half-functional when no integration is connected.

Connect QuickBooks Online

Already on QBO? Bills, vendors, payments and accounts sync both directions — on demand, on schedule, and via webhooks — so the two stay in step without re-keying.

ERP-agnostic by design

The integration layer was architected to support additional accounting systems. More integrations are on the roadmap — and we'll say they're live when they're live, not before.
